'Batman', 'Superman', And 'The Flash' Save The Day In Live Action HYUNDAI Car Commercial

Why wait until 2016 to see your favourite DC Comics superheroes on the same screen together? Thanks to this (mostly) live action car commercial, you don't have to...

DC Comics' biggest superheroes clash for the first time on the big screen in next year's Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, before teaming up in 2017 with Justice League Part 1. However, thanks to the automobile company known as Hyundai, you needn't wait any longer to see your favourite heroes in live action together... well, sort of. The majority of the commercial is in live action, but don't expect to see the likes of Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill and Ezra Miller just yet. Sadly, the only parts of the TV spot that are not in live action are the segments featuring the DC superheroes, more specifically Batman, Superman, and the Flash. Nonetheless, it is still exciting to see the characters team up in a commercial.

As you can see, the heroes appear in the TV spot donning their trademark New 52 attire, which makes sense considering the media outside the comic books hasn't quite caught up with the recent DC You relaunch, which has barely begun. If you find it a little strange that the Flash is featured in the commercial rather than Wonder Woman, the third member of the DC Universe Trinity alongside Batman and Superman, you must keep in mind the current popularity of the Flash character, thanks to his ongoing TV series. But don't worry, I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot more Wonder Woman by the time Gal Gadot makes her debut in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, which hits theatres on March 2016.

Welcome, I am Darkknight2149. I am primarily a fan of comic books and their various adaptations, as well as horror and other classic film franchises.

As far as the "DC vs. Marvel" rivalry goes, I'm really not biased when it comes to studios and publishers. Preferences are fine, but I've never understood the basing of opinions purely by the studio/publisher that makes it.
