That’s right; the director for the Justice League movie has been in Hollywood this past weekend, testing for roles for the new Justice League movie. The casting sessions started on Sunday, and are continuing through in to Monday, with a total of about 35-40 actors testing.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, on the roll call are Adam Brody (Fox's "The O.C."), Joseph Cross ("Running With Scissors"), D.J. Cotrona ("Windfall"), Mary Elizabeth Winstead ("Grindhouse"), Michael Angarano ("Sky High"), Teresa Palmer ("Wolf Creek"), Max Thieriot ("Jumper") and rapper Common.
In addition, three members from the cast of Friday Night Lights - Minka Kelly, Adrianne Palicki and Scott Porter – are also among those being tested.
Hollywood Reporter is defending the youthful choice to these roles as a move for the future, with Miller looking forward to a series of movies.
