That’s right; the director for the Justice League movie has been in Hollywood this past weekend, testing for roles for the new Justice League movie. The casting sessions started on Sunday, and are continuing through in to Monday, with a total of about 35-40 actors testing.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, on the roll call are Adam Brody (Fox's "The O.C."), Joseph Cross ("Running With Scissors"), D.J. Cotrona ("Windfall"), Mary Elizabeth Winstead ("Grindhouse"), Michael Angarano ("Sky High"), Teresa Palmer ("Wolf Creek"), Max Thieriot ("Jumper") and rapper Common.

In addition, three members from the cast of Friday Night Lights - Minka Kelly, Adrianne Palicki and Scott Porter – are also among those being tested.

Hollywood Reporter is defending the youthful choice to these roles as a move for the future, with Miller looking forward to a series of movies.

I am not defending the choices, and am currently in a state of shock concerning who they have picked; along with many other blogs and sites. I won’t however bore you all to tears with my ramblings here, so head on over to my blog (again) to find out what I have to say.

George Miller is purported to be presenting his findings to WB in the middle of the week.
