JUSTICE LEAGUE Trailer Appears To Confirm A Major Villain For The DC Films Universe
The new Justice League trailer left us with plenty to talk about, but some fans have pointed out that one scene, in particular, confirms the presence of a major big bad in the DC Films Universe!
If you watch The Flash's TV series, you'll know about the Reverse-Flash. However, those of you unfamiliar with either that or the Fastest Man Alive's comic book adventures may not be aware that the villainous speedster is responsible for the death of Barry Allen's mother. Travelling back in time, the villain sought to ruin the hero's life and did so after Henry Allen was blamed for his wife's murder.
Barry then dedicated his life to proving his father's innocence and in the amazing new trailer for Justice League, we see the young hero visiting Henry (played by Watchmen's Billy Crudup) in a prison setting.
This obviously confirms that he was framed for Nora's death, something which makes it clear the Reverse-Flash exists in the DC Films Universe. Whether or not Barry knows about him is another matter, but with Justice League clearly set to dedicate some time to exploring this part of The Flash's life, we can probably expect some hints about him seeing a mysterious figure there that night!
Reverse-Flash will more than likely be the big bad of The Flash, but it's possible he could make his presence felt in a future Justice League movie. Who would you guys like to see play him in this world?
