SUICIDE SQUAD Star Jared Leto Has High Praise For "Madman" JUSTICE LEAGUE Director Zack Snyder

Jared Leto is reprising the role of The Joker in Zack Snyder's Justice League, and the Oscar-winner has now shared high praise for the filmmaker, describing him as a "warrior" and "madman." Check it out!

One of the biggest surprises about Justice League's reshoots was Zack Snyder's decision to bring back Suicide Squad star Jared Leto as The Joker. While most fans expected a flashback to the nigh Robin died, it instead sounds like the actor will play a future version of the Clown Prince of Crime in the "Knightmare" world created after Superman falls to Darkseid's Anti-Life Equation.

That's going to be a fun scene to watch play out, while it will definitely be interesting to see what Leto's Joker performance looks like without Warner Bros. cutting most of his scenes!

Regardless, during a recent interview with Jake's Takes, Leto shared his thoughts on Snyder, and clearly enjoyed the experience of working with the filmmaker.

"He's a warrior. He's a madman. I really love him," the Oscar-winner enthused. "With every character I play — I don't know if its because I work so intently and I tend to dig really deep and put a lot of time and energy into it — but when I'm done playing with them, done playing the parts, I do miss them a little bit."

Leto is selective about the projects he takes on, so to hear him praise Snyder like this bodes well. After reportedly being left angered by the way his Suicide Squad scenes were cut - and Warner Bros.' decision to make a Joker movie without him starring Joaquin Phoenix - it sounds like the Justice League helmer may have helped reignite his interest in playing the Harlequin of Hate.

How much screentime The Joker will receive in Zack Snyder's Justice League remains to be seen, but seeing him share the screen with Ben Affleck's Batman is likely to be enough to satisfy many fans!

The movie of replaceable actors

Affleck replaced by Pattinson

Leto replaced by Phoenix

Fisher replaced by TBD

Speakig of replacement, I just finished Entourage and I have this idea for someone who could play superman in a reboot

If he bulked up I could see him, not 100% sure why but something about his performance in entourage makes me think he could do it

@dracula - yeah I’d agree, if he wasn’t 44 years-old. My top pick for a Superman reboot right now, has to be David Corenswet. Guys charisma just oozes cheesy blue and red Boy Scout.

I'm by far not a Zack Snyder film, excpet Watchmen and 300 I didn't like anything he did. But if one thing is consistent in everyone's stories it's that he's a good person and great boss.
