The First Reactions To An Early Screening Of JUSTICE LEAGUE Are Here

The first test screening for Justice League took place last night and at least a handful of people in attendance have shared their thoughts on the movie. What's the verdict? You can find out here...

There have been rumblings on social media all day that there was a Justice League test screening last night but it's now been confirmed by a multitude of sources that one did indeed take place. As you'll no doubt already know, those who attend these things are expected to keep quiet about the movies screened but Batman-News has spoken to at least a few who were very impressed by what they saw.

Does this mean the movie is a masterpiece? Of course not but it's got to be a good sign and is better than those lucky enough to see this early cut saying they weren't impressed or were disappointed!

With Joss Whedon at the helm of what sound like pretty extensive reshoots and taking over the post-production process, perhaps these reactions shouldn't come as too much of a surprise; he did, after all, helm two critical and commercial hits in the form of The Avengers and Avengers: Age of Ultron! More test screenings will no doubt take place soon so here's hoping we hear more from those shortly.

How do you guys feel about these reactions? Share your thoughts in the comments section below.

Always hard to take these things seriously. People coming from screenings seem to love every movie but hopefully this time it's right and Justice League is amazing.

Batman-News has been pretty down on JL and Snyder, so it must've pained them to write anything positive.

@blackandyellow - I think that's sarcasm... right? Either way, I've found Batman-News pretty positive towards JL and Snyder, without going into overly-positive/needy fanboy territory. The comment section there is slowly becoming more toxic though, from both the pro and anti-DCEU crowds.

@blackandyellow -
I think it's Batman on Film that hates any DC film that isn't Batman.

@obarium - Yeah, I loved Batman-News around BvS time but I don't frequent it as often thanks to stupid trolls. I don't mind people not agreeing with my love for all things DCEU but when you're going to become plain mean and insulting I draw the line and block your ass.

@Supafairy - is equal in this site, you enter to articles DCEU, only to see to the fanboys of Marvel, to complain by whatever it is the news, even if they do not interest the news to him, they only do it to initiate the wars and the hatred, this site sometimes depressing and miserable

@GilGalad - firstly, holy crap why did I receive 19 messages from you!?

Secondly, yes, i agree. It's tiring. Best you can do is weed out the main offenders (like the serious trolls) and block them. Makesrit much more bareable.

@Supafairy - I have been free these days, so I have paid attention to these chats, otherwise I always leave this site depressed, I prefer to go to read articles or editorials to Screenrant, aunqeu always end up coming back to check that everything is still the same, trolls and trolls and rat kids and an immense amount of hatred and poison against everything related to DCEU.
CapnMurphy2021
CapnMurphy2021 - 9/20/2017, 5:17 PM
@GilGalad - it's honestly the same regardless of what you like... go to a marvel thread and you'll see a ton of people get all pissy about how crappy it is (marble... too many jokes... dance off... the usual crap). Even non comic things... Tomb Raider movie thread, video game thread, etc. there's always (and usually it's the same handful of people on either side) people that have to be negative about something other people like. Almost seems compulsive...
GilGalad
GilGalad - 9/20/2017, 5:44 PM
@CapnMurphy2021 - sure it's true what you say, to be honest, I seldom get into Marvel threads, I do not see the need to go in to annoy the things that make a lot of people happy, even more when honestly, I'm not interested in that news, I usually come in when these are publications about the designs or the costumes, the music and other creative aspects, but I never spend my time trying to annoy the stage where people who love their universe share, so I spend so bad when I enter the news DCEU, because I only find trolls and rat kids who boast of an opinion and really just are happy expelling all the poison they have inside.
CapnMurphy2021
CapnMurphy2021 - 9/20/2017, 6:07 PM
@GilGalad - I hear ya. I like DC movies for the most part... honestly didn't enjoy the obvious ones(bvs and ss) at all... decent scenes here and there... but odd storytelling/dialogue/pacing. Thought man of steel and ww were good though... fun to watch and interesting. But I'm not gonna tell anyone else what to like... ya know? People like things for so many reasons that it doesn't matter what people think (especially just saying all (fill in studio name here) movies are poop) as long as it's fun discussing... wish it were like that here more often
GilGalad
GilGalad - 9/20/2017, 6:24 PM
@CapnMurphy2021 - I think that after all, it is still possible to be able to talk to someone who does not necessarily have the same preferences as me, it is something that gives a little category to this page, something good had to leave all this
SpideyQuad
SpideyQuad - 9/21/2017, 4:33 PM
@GilGalad - Listen, there's no way to prove it now, but once the first Avengers was about two months away from opening this site and others were barraged by DC fans who pretty much totally trolled the movie. I for one have not seen anything like it since. What you're saying is pretty much like the pot calling the kettle black.
SpideyQuad
SpideyQuad - 9/21/2017, 4:35 PM
@CapnMurphy2021 - I remember Star Wars fans trying to tear the Lord of the rings movies apart before anyone saw the first one. What you say is true
GilGalad
GilGalad - 9/21/2017, 11:00 PM
@SpideyQuad - personally it is not my style to get to try to destroy and take value to something that represents importance for a fan, I regret that many fans of DC behave as a group of skunks who do not know how to behave or tolerate each other in a world that requires tolerance , kindness and deep respect for the things that make others happy, maybe that's why it bothers me so much to find only negativity and poison in everything related to DCEU, I think we can be better, know how to express an opinion, in space like this , is much more important than simply expressing it, just to annoy a group of people who expect a movie like JUSTICE LEAGUE, sometimes depresses entering this site, other times you can talk respectfully with some users, I hope you can follow doing that way. good night

It's a Joss Whedon movie with Snyder visuals, I think it should be good.
