Disney Sets Release Dates For Six Untitled MARVEL Films; Pushes Live-Action MULAN Movie Back To 2020

On the heels of the news that Marvel Studios has moved Avengers: Infinity War up by a week in North America, we have another couple of announcements that are sure to please CBM fans while disappointing the Disney brigade.

The live-action Mulan movie has been pushed back from its original release date of Nov. 2, 2018, all the way to March 27, 2020.

The studio has also moved an untitled Marvel film to July 31, 2020 (from a previous date of Aug. 7, 2020) and handed out dates for six other untitled Marvel movies: May 7, 2021; July 30, 2021, Nov. 5, 2021; Feb. 18, 2022; May 6, 2022; and July 29, 2022.

It's very difficult to predict what these projects could be given how vastly different the MCU landscape is expected to be following the events of Infinity War and Avengers 4, but there are almost certainly a couple of sequels in there, at least.

What do you guys think they'll be? Any wild predictions? Drop us a comment in the usual place.

Exciting! Surely Dr. Strange 2, Black Panther 2, Captain Marvel 2, and probably ant-man 3 are in there. Fingers crossed for a Thor 4 with Taika.

@The72nd - Yes to all of these, and pleeeeease more of Taika's take on Thor. They need to keep him around for as long as possible.

@The72nd - I don't know. Planning a CM2 already - a year before it hits screens? I don't want Marvel Studios to get cocky? LOL. I guess, as long as they don't publicly announce it, they aren't jinxing anything by basically holding a date for it.

Sequels to Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Captain Marvel, and possibly solo films for new heroes.
