Due to the ongoing WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes, there's an awful lot of uncertainty in Hollywood right now.
Some 2023 movies have already been delayed, while we're expecting at least a few 2024 titles to eventually slip down the calendar if studios don't finally do the right thing. However, as things stand, we have 7 Marvel and DC movies to look forward to next year.
2024 will kick off with Sony Pictures' Madame Web on February 12, with Marvel Studios launching the summer box office season on May 3 with Deadpool 3. Next up is Venom 3 on July 12, with Captain America: Brave New World right behind it on July 26.
Wrapping up the summer, we'll have Kraven the Hunter on August 30, while the only DC movie heading our way in 2024 is Joker: Folie à Deux on October 4.
There is an untitled Sony/Marvel movie still scheduled for November 8, though we don't actually anticipate it being released (it was likely El Muerto, a project which has likely been scrapped).
Then, the year is expected to wrap up with Thunderbolts on December 20, the first time since Spider-Man: No Way Home we've seen Marvel Studios release a blockbuster over the Christmas period.
Oh, and if you're wondering where Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse is, that was recently moved from next March to "TBD," meaning it no longer has a confirmed release date (news which, unfortunately, didn't come as a huge surprise).
We have a lot to look forward to next year, anyway, and it's time for you, ComicBookMovie.com's readers, to cast your votes and choose 2024's most highly anticipated Marvel/DC comic book movie...
