Marvel Studios Confirms FIVE Disney+ Shows For 2023 In New Recap Video

It seems that earlier listing from Disney+ Japan was inaccurate, as an official Marvel Studios 2022 recap video has now confirmed that we will be getting five shows on the streaming service next year.

"The Multiverse saga has only just begun..."

Earlier today, we reported on a rumor that did the round online after Disney+ Japan listed just three shows scheduled to hit the streaming service next year. However, an official 2022/Phase 4 recap video shared by Marvel Studios UK and Ireland has now confirmed that Ironheart, Loki season 2, Secret Invasion, Agatha: Coven of Chaos and Echo will all be coming our way in 2023!

There's a chance some currently unannounced Special Presentations may also be on next year's slate.

The video also provides a handy recap of some of the major events from Thor: Love and Thunder, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, as well as Disney+ shows Moon Knight, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law and Ms. Marvel, and Special Presentations Werewolf by Night and The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special.

Check it out below.

Phase 4 was considered something of a disappointment by many, but it did lay the groundwork for what's shaping up to be a very exciting 2023 in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Which upcoming Marvel Studios big or small screen project are you most looking forward to? Drop us a comment down below.

The only two shows I will actually watch is Loki and Secret Invasion (and I'll just watch that for Emilia Clarke). Oh and House of Harkness for Aubrey Plaza.

@tmp3 - Hell yah, she's come a long way from April and I'm so proud of her for it. Also they better have her character cross over with Wanda, Plaza and Olsen already have great chemistry, it would be so fun.

@tmp3 - Emily the criminal was overhyped. Watched it last night. Pretty predictable, paint by numbers but she was really good. Elevated the whole thing.

@GhostDog - haven't seen it yet but i put it on there because of dan murrell's high praise for it haha

@tmp3 - I’m shocked he loved it. Gotta check his review. Maybe it’s just me but the story beats were pretty pedestrian. Few moments of genuinely great tension and great performances all around though.

@GhostDog - Emily the criminal was a hidden gem for me. She didn't go out like a 🙀 at all. She responded to life like an irresponsible human. It made me root for her. Which was no easy task during this superwoman age of entertainment.

@VictorAlonzo - Plaza was great. I just found the plot conveniences to be eh. And her character made some stupid decisions (giving her apartment address; don’t wanna spoil too much for anyone reading this).

@GhostDog - I can dig it. I just really love what Aubrey brings to acting. She has that "it" element.

I'm still tripping on her scenes on Legion. Good times.

I’m most intrigued by Echo, and not even because of Daredevil. I just wanna see where they go with this. I like new or obscure characters getting spotlight, especially when it works out. That’s what the MCU was built on.
