I say Ross. I'm more familiar with him and the charcters in his picture, so I'm a little biased, but the arrangement of the characters, the background, and the colors just make it a classic. I think the highlight of Casscioli's picture is the villains. The side with Lex , Joker ans Sinestro is really cool. However, I'd just give call it a cool picture, while Ross's seems to be a classic.

I love Ross' artwork, but out of these two pieces I like Cascioli more...it's reminiscent of Neal Adams and I like the symmetry...

I'm goin' with Ross here. He's been a favorite of mine since I saw the cover of Astro City #1 when I was about 13.
