My Ranking of the Highlights of '09

And by highlights, I mean movies with buzz, be it bad or good. I didn't include Harry Potter because I can't stand any of the books beyond #4 and can't watch the movies...

District 9 was definitely the best movie of the year, but alas! It will never get it's recognition as such

yes, very sad. just like how The Shawshank Redemption didn't win a single Oscar back in '94.

Some greats just don't get noticed.

I think Inglourious Basterds was the best, followed by District 9, then Watchmen: Director's Cut...

i really dislike that actor playing harry potter, and the red head girl, and their red head friend, i really don't like any of the actors, except Hagrid and Dumbledore... not because they aren't good actors, it's just their facial expressions... g.i. joe is on there because it is the lesser of two evils, the greater being wolverine... i'm still angry i paid to see that, i knew it was going to suck and i still walked into that theater, stupid, stupid, stupid. it was a trap.
