With filming underway on THE WORLD'S END, what may be the final collaboration between Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and Edgar Wright (following the horror/comedy SHAUN OF THE DEAD and crime/comedy HOT FUZZ) you'd think we'd know a little more about the upcoming conclusion to the "Three Flavours Cornetto Trilogy."

What we do know is this: Aside from Pegg and Frost, the film also stars Rosamund Pike, Martin Freeman (who seems to be everywhere this year), Eddie Marsan, Thomas Matthews and Courtney Cornfield. The plot revolves around five friends who attempt to complete a legendary pub crawl from their youth, and reach a fabled pub called "The World’s End." Somehow, while doing so, they get entangled in a struggle to save humanity.

One other small nugget of info we now know: Bleeding Cool has reported that Steven Price, who provided the scores for SCOTT PILGRIM VS. THE WORLD and ATTACK THE BLOCK, will be turning his considerable talents to THE WORLD'S END as well.

Recently Courtney Cornfield dropped a few sentences into the Twitter-verse from the set of the film.

Courtney Cornfield @ctothepowerof3 on October 30th: "All geared up to be a dancing zombie . Filming the World’s End this week #cornetto"

Courtney Cornfield @ctothepowerof3 on November 1st: "My new book title “from cat in the hat to zombie” a mother’s tail.(I was cat in the hat for halloween and now filming as zombie)"

Also tweeting from the set was Thomas Matthews.

Thomas Matthews@thomasdmatthews on October 31st: "1st day filming The World's End - suitably heading for Zone 8...."

Thomas Matthews@thomasdmatthews on November 1st: "Have no idea what I’ll be asked to do but everyone else learning dance routine. Exciting."

So, there you have it: zombie dance routines. Will Pegg and Frost get served by the undead? We won't know for sure until next year (August in the U.K., October in the U.S.) when THE WORLD'S END hits cinemas.

I say, why not. Consider this a distant cousin to CBM's that they only see each other at reunions.

Anyways, Zombies are welcome here too!
