In Summer 2014, the world’s most revered monster is reborn as Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures unleash the epic action adventure “Godzilla.” From visionary new director Gareth Edwards (“Monsters”) comes a powerful story of human courage and reconciliation in the face of titanic forces of nature, when the awe-inspiring Godzilla rises to restore balance as humanity stands defenseless.

Gareth Edwards directs “Godzilla,” which stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson (“Kick-Ass”), Oscar® nominee Ken Watanabe (“The Last Samurai,” “Inception”), Elizabeth Olsen (“Martha Marcy May Marlene”), Oscar® winner Juliette Binoche (“The English Patient,” “Cosmopolis”), and Sally Hawkins (“Blue Jasmine”), with Oscar® nominee David Strathairn (“Good Night, and Good Luck.,” “The Bourne Legacy”) and Bryan Cranston (“Argo,” TV’s “Breaking Bad”).

GODZILLA will stomp into theaters May 16, 2014.

I think that the design they chose was the best, it suited the EMP weapon theme the best. Although, when did the MUTOs become stealthy? It's like no one saw them until they were right above them!

Anyyyway the MUTO designs are cool especially the last picture and I would like to see them return in a future movie but they should get a known kaiju for the sequel. Amazing film!

@CaptShipwreck Of course they didn't want to blow the budget without the assurance of a sequel. I'm more than sure there will be more Godzilla in the sequel so

Why do most of these remind me of something...

I like that they didn't give them overly monstrous faces and they could actually emote a full range of expressions

Who cares about MUTO'S, when new monster was untroduced in after credits scene. His name is BULLSHITO and he has minions named CRAPO's.

They remind me of the striders from 'The Dark Crystal' as well...

lol at the people mad about Godzilla's screentime. Would you rather have had this in the second half of the movie?

Yeah Blindjustice, I thought that too.

Godzilla was nothing more than a contrived and glorified deus ex machina. Wasn't even the focus of the film, more deceptive marketing.

@CookieKid247

Your comment doesn't make any sense.

But yeah, I was fine with his screen-time.

Movie was fine.

The MUTO's were great, I cared more about them than the humans. When they finally got together, so sweet. And then their babies got burned… I shed a tear. But Godzilla himself was even more awesome than the MUTO's, especially when he used the atomic breath. Gasms all over the screen!!

Can't wait to see what they'll do with the sequel. Bring it on.
