WESTWORLD Season 3 Trailer Introduces Aaron Paul's Character - And Raises A Lot Of Questions!

Last night before the series finale of Game of Thrones, HBO dropped the first trailer for the third season of Westworld, and it looks like this sci-fi drama has become a very different show altogether...

The season 2 finale of Westworld certainly suggested that the series was going to make some big changes for its third run of episodes, and that's now been confirmed with the first official teaser.

Seemingly set years after the events of season 2 with humans and robots now coexisting in the outside world, we're introduced to Aaron Paul's (Breaking Bad) character, who appears to be the new series lead.

The footage, which is set to Pink Floyd's "Brain Damage," avoids showing us any familiar faces until the final shot, when we get a quick glimpse of Dolores (Evan Rachel Wood).

We're going to have to wait another six months to find out what exactly is going on, but this is an intriguing first look at Westworld season 3 for sure.

Hey Mr White, I'm in Futureworld biatch! Love it.

What's the chances of HBO pulling a fast one and sneaking in a Gameofthronesworld somewhere down the line?

@InsertMontage - I wouldn’t be surprised if we see HBO themed worlds like Game of Thrones or The Sopranos even if only as a brief mention

As long as he's back

@WakandanQueen - I have a feeling we won't be seeing him again. The producers/showrunners said that the valley between (forget the actual name) and the characters that are alive in it probably won't be visited anytime soon, if again.

But he was a great character.

Terrific show, its great to have such an intellectual series out there that keeps you on the edge of your seats. One of my favorites, and one of the best shows on tv without a doubt.

Wonder how they are going to top the excellence that has been the first two seasons (season 2 was better than season 1 imo), but this season looks so different from what has come before. I'll be referring to this as Futureworld until proven otherwise ;-)

Season 2 killed a lot of my interest in this show which is a shame bc season 1 was some of the best TV I’ve ever seen. Hopefully this brings me back in bc if not it’ll probably be the last I watch
