Straight from the pages of Empire Magazine's December issue, this new Alien: Covenant image gives us a great new look at Michael Fassbender's Walter and Carmen Ejogo's undisclosed character.

In this new still, the Covenant crew are gathered around and observing what appears to be a hologram of some sort. Could this be another mystery left by the Engineers, or could it be a recording that showcases what became of David and Noomi Rapace’s Dr. Elizabeth Shaw? That remains to be seen, but for now check out the new image below to see what you can find.

“Bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, the crew of the colony ship Covenant discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world — whose sole inhabitant is the ‘synthetic’ David (Michael Fassbender), survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition.”

Alien: Covenant stars Michael Fassbender, Katherine Waterston, Demien Bichir and Danny McBride, and is set to hit theaters on August 4, 2017.
