I'm sure you'll all recognize Judy Greer from one of her host of supporting roles - usually of the rom-com variety, but she also gave a smashing turn as Matthew Lillard's wife in The Descendants with George Clooney. Now she'll be taking on a very different role, that of female chimp Cornelia in Matt Reeves' Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, the sequel to 2011's hit reboot Rise of the Planet of the Apes. Apparently the character was actually introduced in the last film (I don't remember that at all!) but was played by a different actress, and will play a much more prominent role in the sequel. "It's a very different kind of work than I'm used to," admitted Greer to Vulture who have the exclusive. "I'm not going to be wearing Manolo Blahniks in this one."

this movie needs to be about the humans and the apes trying to live with each other but the conflict becomes huge and they end up going to war in the third one, leading to the Planet of the Apes at the end of the third one
