John Boyega Shares A New Look At The Returning Gipsy Danger From PACIFIC RIM: UPRISING

As we await a first trailer for the upcoming sequel to Guillermo del Toro's divisive Pacific Rim, the sequel's lead actor, Star Wars: The Last Jedi's John Boyega, has shared a new image of a very familiar Jaeger to social media.

In the first film Gipsy Danger was piloted by Charlie Hunnam and Rinko Kikuchi's characters, but it's a safe bet the latter will be teaming up with Boyega's Jake Pentecost to take the old girl into battle this time around.

Pacific Rim: Uprising is set to hit theaters on February 23, 2018.
