John Ortiz & AGENT CARTER's Shea Whigham Are Headed To KONG: SKULL ISLAND
Kong: Skull Island is currently amassing quite the ensemble cast. Fast & Furious 6 star John Ortiz and Boardwalk Empire veteran Shea Whigham are the latest names to board Legendary's monster movie.
The cast of Legendary's Kong: Skull Island just got a little bigger. According to Deadline, former Rake star John Ortiz and Agent Carter Season 1 regular Shea Whigham are set to star in the upcoming monster movie. There's no word on which characters they'll play, but it's likely they'll join Tom Hiddleston's team of explorers who travel to the mystical titular island.
The movie will now be distributed by Warner Bros, ahead of a future crossover with the Godzilla franchise. Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson and John Goodman headline a very talented supporting cast, while Kings Of Summer's Jordan Vogt-Roberts is on board to direct. What are your thoughts on these two new additions?
