This is from Wikipedia:

Series Four (2012)
On 16 December 2011, Digital Spy revealed that the show was renewed for a fourth series. A few days later, it was revealed that series stars Antonia Thomas and Iwan Rheon would not be returning in the fourth series.

On 1 March 2012, Den of Geek stated that three new characters will be coming to Misfits for the fourth season. A casting call went out for: "... Jess is a kind of female version of Larry David – smart and articulate, She’s the person who will say the un-sayable, the person who’ll question social norms and etiquette. Jess hates people who bullshit and lie to her. ... Finn has a childlike naively optimistic view of life, he’s always eager to please and enthusiastic about life. Finn talks a lot and often uses this to try and talk himself out of difficult or awkward situations. He is very funny. ... Alex is the sexiest guy on the estate. He is super good looking, all the girls fancy him but for some reason he is very standoffish, he doesn't seem interested in girls. Everyone reads this as being extremely suspicious and suspect it’s power related."

On 2 May 2012, Lauren Socha who plays Kelly, was sentenced to a four month jail term, suspended for one year after she admitted to racially aggravated assault against a taxi driver in 2011. Like her on screen character she must also carry out 80 hours of community service.

The following day on 3 May 2012, Channel 4 announced that Lauren would not be returning to series 4 of Misfits, but this was by mutual decision before the series went into production and had nothing to do with her recent conviction.

On 16 May 2012, ScreenTerrier announced that 23 year-old Actress Karla Crome (who will soon star in Sky1's new drama, Hit and Miss) stars as Jess and that Nathan McMullen will join the cast as Finn. They also confirmed that the show is currently in production and that Nathan Stewart-Jarrett and Joseph Gilgun's characters will return for series 4 which is set to air late in 2012. As well as this, they stated that Nirpal Bhogal (who recently directed British Urban film, Sket) will be directing the show's fourth series.

So, more people leaving will it still keep us watching?

Kill this show. Losing Robert Sheehan was the death knell for the show as the writers leaned so much of the show's humor and fun on his characters.

Series one and two were brilliant.

Lauren Socha's Kelly was my favorite character tho'...and, with her gone, what's the point?

With the huge mess this production has become, perhaps the BBC could re-think these 6-episode seasons. Had they just signed their actors to a normal season, or a couple of normal seasons, they could've explored the world of Misfits w/these characters more fully.

Heck, they changed up everyone's powers before they really got to even explore their ORIGINAL powers.

Another superhero show poorly executed. How many of these do we have to suffer?

They might as well start fresh with an entirely new cast. I don't see why keeping around a Curtis is going to make the show feel like the first two seasons. I like Rudy but if you did an entirely new cast then it might be better than just adding 3 noobies to characters we already know.
