Sooooo..... is it possible that the Genesis explosion at the end of STII regenerated Khan into a new body AND sent him back in time? Retaining his memories and fresh faced and full of wrath (ha!) he seeks to destroy Kirk once again.

Would they pull a prime universe villain again?
