This is the Teaser to a new episode of Star Trek Phase II, called "Origins."

This is a rough preview. The final audio and visual tweeks still have to be done.

This award winning show is about to explode on the Star Trek scene in a big way. With 4 episodes set to come out later this year (The Child, Enemy Starfleet, Kitumba, and Origins) and next year along with more being made; this fan made show is about to take the world of Star Trek by storm. Look out Star Trek TOS fans, you wet dreams are about to come true.
(Full disclosure...I am a cast member. I play Gary Mitchell, featured in the clip at the Con position).

@Jimoakley666,

Dude we all are aware that the acting isn't perfect. Many of us are not pros, but are growing with each episode. This is a "non profit" fan production. But I think that when you see the whole episode you will see some great performances. We have Matthew Ewald and Colin Cunningham on the cast. Anyway I am sure that with a proper budget and the ability to earn profit all aspects of the show will improve. This show is done out of love for Star Trek.

i think i threw up a little bit watching that. i love trek and ive heard great things about this fan show but after seeing this i have no idea what everyone was talking about. effects, costumes and set were good, acting sub par and the castg bore so little resemblence to the original cast

JJ Abrams did everything right. Not being a big Star Trek fan myself he was able to pull me and a lot others who were fans right into the series.

Jeezus Kryst guys, lighten up a bit! These guys love the show and wanted to honor it doing their own thing. Of course they won't match the original and that's because nothing could. I would watch and just have fun with it. Why be so overly critical of fans that want to bring back a bit of the magic and nostalgia of Start Trek? Count till 10, do some breathing exercises and take the poll out for just a bit. This may not earn an Emmy but it could be fun. God forbid we allow ourselves to to that ...

congratulations my friend. Please let the entire production know that they did a fantastic job and I am honored that people really still tackle creative projects with heart.

@ McLovin and Neonrehan,
Thanks guys, you seem cool, and also you guys get what we are all doing. While we probably won't win a Emmy (your right)we did win the 2007 Online Video Awards from TV Guide. I know this small clip can't show the scope of this production but trust me; when the next few episode hit the web. There will be buzz! And of course a lot of haters too LOL. But we all do it for the love of Star Trek and to live the dream of being in show biz, even if we are not all pros.
