What Is JJ Abrams' Next "Mystery" Project?

We know there will be a Star Trek 2 and a Mission Impossible 4 ..but not until after Abrams' next movie...

Paramount will at some point, be making more Trek and Mission Impossible movies and we know that Abrams will be on board in some capacity, though not necessarily as director.

Paramount chief Brad Grey was profiled in The New York Times recently sand they had this to say...

"As for J. J. Abrams, a producer and the director of Star Trek, Mr. Grey is looking for Star Trek 2. And Mission Impossible 4. And possibly before either, what he called another “tentpole” film to be directed by Mr. Abrams, and yet to be announced."

So, a "tentpole" film. We have heard Abrams is attached to a Micronauts movie, could it be that? More unlikely internet speculation brings up The Dark Tower..and even Y The Last Man! Of course, it may not be comic or even sci fi related at all. With Star Trek's Chris Pine rumored to taking over the role of jack Ryan in another movie, Abrams has also been linked to that. Here's hoping the internet speculation is right this time and its another cool CBM that we get:)
