"this time focusing on the actress we recently found out would play Gamora in Guardians Of The Galaxy"

@Ror I thought she was only in talks and negotiations for the role, dont remember it being outright confirmed that she secured the role

Nice! I like her a lot and I'm very much looking forward to the new Star Trek movie. I enjoyed the first, and I can't wait to see Sherlock as the villain.

But yeah, if it wouldn't say "Star Trek" on the poster there would be no reason to assume that that is what it's for. My best guess would have been a Colombiana/Transformers crossover movie...

She's in final negotiations, which pretty much means she's nabbed the role. But no, it hasn't been "officially" announced. But yeah, she's playing her!

Doom, it wasn't in the headline..and it's not an attempt to "mislead" anyone. Weirdo.

"The third member of the Guardians of the Galaxy has just been cast. Zoe Saldana, who is well-known to franchise fans for her work in Avatar and Star Trek, is in talks to play Gamora in James Gunn‘s Phase Two Marvel film, set for release August 1, 2014.

The Hollywood Reporter broke the story and say the actress is currently in contract negotiations. That usually means it’s a matter of a few details."
