BTS Images Of An Old-School X-Wing From ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY

TMZ has gotten hold of a few BTS pics from the set of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. No actors were present, but we do get a glimpse of some pretty battle-worn looking X-Wings. Though their colour schemes differ slightly from the ships used by the Rebels in the original trilogy, they are the same old-school 4-engine models. The X-Wings seen in The Force Awakens were much sleeker looking, and used only 2 engines.
Nothing terribly exciting, but hopefully we'll get some more set snaps soon as filming on Gareth Edwards' Star Wars flick continues.
Starring Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Ben Mendelsohn, Donnie Yen, Jiang Wen, Forest Whitaker, Mads Mikkelsen, Alan Tudyk, and Riz Ahmed, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is set to be released on December 16th, 2016.
