Written by Chuck Wendig and illustrated by Luke Ross, the official Star Wars website has released the first look inside Marvel's six-issue comicbook adaptation of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Along with the preview, Marvel has also released the first look at Esad Ribic's awesome cover art! The first issue of the adaption will hit the shelves on June 22, and it will indeed feature different scenes from the film! Well, I guess they made comic adaptations of the other 6 movies. Maybe for people reading comics chronologically that don't want to watch the movies?

These are always so funny. So much effort put into it, just to be a LITERAL word-for-word and picture-for-picture adaptation of the movie.
