Quick question: Does anyone else think the Galactic Empire may have been split into two or more factions?

For some reason I just get the feeling that Kylo Ren is the wildcard in all of this, perhaps commanding his own (albeit small, yet effective) group, outside of the more prominent First Order (directed by Supreme Leader Snoke, but with Captain Phasma at the forefront).

And we're talking about STORMTROOPERS, not CLONE TROOPERS. Stormtroopers varied. You may want to check out the first Star Wars movie for verification.
