New STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI Promo Images Provide Our First Official Look At The Fathiers

We recently brought you an image of a Star Wars: The Last Jedi IMAX theatre standee seemingly spotlighting dark and light side versions of Luke, and now the guys over at StarWars.net have come across an alternate version which contains a few extra details.

As you can see from the close-up image below, one of these additions is a shot of Finn and Rose riding on the back of a fathier. For those that aren't aware, these creatures are native to Canto Bight where their quickness is exploited for gambling purposes. It seems the film will also contain a set piece featuring the heroes utilising that speed in an attempt to escape the First Order.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi goes on general release this December.
