Rey

This first shot features Daisy Ridley preparing to shoot the scene with Rey confronting Kylo Ren on Pasaana.

J.J. Abrams Directs His Cast

Director J.J. Abrams instructs Daisy Ridley (Rey), John Boyega (Finn) and Oscar Isaac (Poe) before they film the same Pasaan sequence.

Lando

Another shot of Abrams, this time talking to the great Billy Dee Williams Lando Calrissian) on the Resistance base set.

The Vexis

Although some shots were obviously CGI, the giant snake, known as a Vexis, from the Pasaana caverns was actually an impressive practical effect.

D-O

A shot of Abrams and crew with the D-O droid, who the director also provided the voice for.

Chewie

Abrams shows some footage to Joonas Suotamo, who inherited the role of Chewbacca from the late Peter Mayhew.

Hux and Pryde

A shot of Domhnall Gleeson and Richard E. Grant sharing a giggle on the Mustafar set. It seems a scene was shot featuring Generals Hux and Pryde on the fiery Imperial planet that never made the theatrical cut of the film.

Warwick Davis

Warwick Davis returned for a brief appearance as Wicket the Ewok towards the end of the movie, but he also played another character who wasn't listed in the credits.

Poe and Finn

Oscar Isaac and John Boyega have a laugh while filming a scene in what appears to be the Resistance Base. As far as we know, this particular shot did not appear in the finished film.

Rey Takes Flight

Rey (Daisy Ridley) dons a very familiar-looking helmet as she prepares to leave Ahch-To in Luke Skywalker's old X-Wing.

Kylo Ren

J.J. Abrams directs Adam Driver on the set of the wreckage of the Death Star II.

Empress Rey

"Dark Rey" appeared for one scene when Rey had a vision of what might come to pass if she joined the Dark Side, but a scene featuring the young Jedi actually taking the throne was also filmed. We got a brief flash of this shot during Rey's vision when Kylo touched Vader's mask.

I’m really interested in getting as many deleted scenes as possible to make my own cut of this trilogy into one decent to watch short film. Because this trilogy doesn’t exist to me anymore than fan fiction. Bad fan fiction. So release the darn deleted scenes!
