So far the feedback from screenings of Jupiter Ascending at Sundance and early reviews from critics such as Variety and The Hollywood Reporter are not looking positive, but I'm intrigued by the stunning images that have been released so far and am holding out a little hope for the movie.

There's some great behind-the-scenes footage too which the studio have released which show Mila Kunis performing her own stunts and some of the sets from the movie.

Take a look at the video below to see for yourself and also an interview with Mila Kunis where she talks a bit about doing her own stunts.

So what do you think? Are you looking forward to Jupiter Ascending in spite of what the critics are saying?

Even if this movie sucks, you will either all see it or sacrifice $10 and leave after the trailer...

This quote from filmdrunk's review says a lot about Jupiter Ascending:

"Jupiter Ascending is as if you had never seen a Star Wars movie in your life, yet one day you decided to watch Attack of the Clones"

haha. The point he was making by that is the characters are underdeveloped and don't do well enough making us "care" about the characters. Like if that's the first time you see Yoda you wouldn't know anything about him or care about him. There's not much understanding of the characters or relating/caring about them. He mentions how with the Matrix, you got to know Mr. Anderson before he became Neo so you related to and cared about him. He says they mention C-Tate's character's past, but don't go into it so you better understand him and who he is.

Their review has mixed feelings, which is better than outright stating it's awful or not worth seeing, just not a ringing endorsement either.
