Spider-Man: No Way Home passed the $1.5 billion mark at the worldwide box office this weekend, but for those of you anxious to be able to watch the movie from the comfort of home, we may have some good news for you. According to various reports, the Sony Pictures/Marvel Studios threequel is set to be released on Digital platforms starting February 28.

There's no word on the DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K Blu-ray release, though the covers for some versions have already been revealed. With Spider-Man: No Way Home still performing so well at the box office, you can't blame Sony for not rushing to get physical copies of the threequel on shelves.

What about streaming? Well, while the movie could ultimately find its way to Disney+ sometime next year as part of a deal made between Disney and Sony, that's unlikely to happen in 2022. Instead, the wall-crawler's latest solo adventure should be available before then on Starz and Netflix.

We're still anticipating a renewed marketing campaign for Spider-Man: No Way Home that highlights the movie's surprise guest stars in an effort to create one final surge of ticket sales. It seems redundant to hide spoilers a month after the movie's release, but this secretive approach has paid off thus far (remember, it's earned that $1.5 billion without being released in China).
