Tom Holland's Spectacular Spider-Man: Brand New Day Salary Revealed As Movie Passes $800M Domestically

As you might expect, Spider-Man: Brand New Day star Tom Holland is set to pocket a pretty spectacular payday for his latest big-screen appearance as the iconic wall-crawler...

Spider-Man: Brand New Day marks Tom Holland's seventh appearance as Peter Parker in the MCU, and his fourth time headlining his own solo film. With this in mind, it probably won't surprise anyone to learn that the young actor is in a position to negotiate a fairly hefty payday at this stage of his career.

According to a report from The Wrap, Holland is (potentially) set to earn over $100M for his latest turn as the iconic Marvel Comics hero.

This includes a base salary of at least $20M upfront (a $10M increase from his previous Spider-Man film), with the potential to earn upwards of $100M once backend bonuses are factored in.

An eyebrow-raising sum, to be sure, but keep in mind that Brand New Day recently passed $2 billion at the worldwide box office just nineteen days after swinging into theaters, breaking several new records in the process.

Brand New Day is the first solo superhero movie to reach this milestone, and has done so faster than any film in history - aside from the mighty Avengers: Endgame. Holland's fourth outing as the wall-crawler is also the highest-grossing comic book movie of the decade, and the highest-grossing Spider-Man movie ever made.

BND held on to the No. 1 spot at the domestic box office this weekend despite competition from The End of Oak Street and PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie and has now passed $800 million domestically

Star Wars: The Force Awakens' all-time domestic record of $936.7M is in serious jeopardy!

Brand New Day is expected to pass Endgame's lifetime gross by the end of its theatrical run.

Did you expect Spider-Man: Brand New Day to be this big? Let us know in the comments.

Following the record-breaking success of Spider-Man: No Way Home, Spider-Man: Brand New Day begins a brand new chapter for Peter Parker and Spider-Man. Four years have passed since the events of No Way Home, and Peter is now an adult and living alone after erasing himself and the memories of him from those he loves. In a New York that no longer knows his name, he has devoted himself wholeheartedly to protecting his city as Spider-Man full-time.

But as the demands on him grow, he is put under increasing pressure. This triggers an unexpected physical change that threatens his existence, while a strange wave of crime emerges - and gives rise to one of the most dangerous threats he has ever faced.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and written by Chris McKenna & Erik Sommers. The film is produced by Kevin Feige, Amy Pascal, Avi Arad and Rachel O'Connor. The cast includes Tom Holland, Zendaya, Sadie, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, Tramell Tillman, Michael Mando and Mark Ruffalo.

Between brand new day, odyssey, and dune, Tom and zendaya are going to have potentially 3 movies make a billion in one year. Now if Tom shows up in doomsday….

Damn , get that bag Tom!!.

In regards to BND’s box office , I can see it being no 1 this weekend but I have a feeling it will be dethroned by the Dog Stars domestically on the weekend of the 28th but we’ll see.

Still , it’s more then done well so I wouldn’t be surprised if we get a confirmation of a Spider Man 5 before the end of this year!!.
