Access Hollywood has caught up with the Man behind the Marvel Comics, Stan Lee.
He gives his thoughts on the Spidey reboot, and the Iron Man 2 Cameo.

Marvel_Freshman: There you have it. For some reason I was starting to think Iron Man 2 was gonna be a little cheesy, but with the way Stan says, Iron Man 2 no doubt gonna be a hit, I gain faith back again. And I really hope the rename the Spidey Reboot, The Amazing Spider-Man. Sorta how they renamed Hulk's reboot, The Incredible Hulk. What do you think?

Totally agree man! The reboot should definitely be called The Amazing Spider-Man! It'll be a good way to seperate the franchise from the past one and also a cool shout out to the comic books!

it's not that we "hate" reboots.
it's just it appears to be becoming a fad in Hollywood.
when in doubt make a reboot.
a few years ago it was remake.
in a few years it will probably be retool.
Hollywood loves words with "re" attached. idk, i guess it makes them look sophisticated instead of self righteous money grubbers.

Ha Stan Lee just slammed Access Hollywood! Good job!

He does look like Larry King

The Amazing Spider-man sounds like a good title.

I agree. I think it being named The Amazing Spider-man is an excellent way to distinguish it from the previous movies. And I agree with Stan "The Man" Lee on this. Although I am a big fan of the fist movies, I think taking the iconic character that so many people love and taking him back to his roots could only be a good thing (provided there is a good cast to play the parts). And this is my first post on this site; I've been a longtime reader though.
