It says in today's LA Times in the business section in an article about Sony Pictures that Spider-Man 2's budget is $210 million.

That would top the highest-budgeted film to date (or so we think), Schwarzenegger's "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines", which carried a $200 million production budget.
