I will never get this whole obsession with bright colors and a desire for Superman to return to wearing his underwear on the outside. The current Cavill suit is awesome. It does not look like a leotard, and the texture, trim and - dare I say- color makes it look appropriately alien. It is finally a modern and less ridiculous looking costume.

LET GO OF THE PAST!

@Forthas - Yeah man! Love the Man of Steel suit too! That "First Flight" sequence is also my favourite Superman sequence!

@JGrizzle - ...so my favorite sequence of Man of Steel was also the first flight especially when he is in space. If I had to say the best sequence of any Superman film it would be the airplane rescue in Superman Returns

I like the Man if Steel one, I'm not that keen on the side piping though. As a big Superman fan I am glad the outside underwear has gone and the Rebirth suit looks good too.

I'm not a huge fan of MoS, but the costume was the best. The Reeve one didn't really age well.
