Zack Snyder Says "We'll See What Happens" When It Comes To A MAN OF STEEL Sequel
Man of Steel director Zack Snyder was careful not to give too much away when quizzed about the possibility of continuing Superman's adventures past next June's reboot, but you can read his comments on that and more after the jump.
Talking to E! Online at the Arthritis Foundation gala in Beverly Hills yesterday, Man of Steel director Zack Snyder was finally quizzed on the question that's been on the mind of many a comic book fan for a while now. Is he interested in also helming a follow-up to the eagerly anticipated reboot? "We like to take it one step at a time and not curse anything," he teased. "It's that kind of thing so we'll see what happens." Fair enough. It's way too early for sequel talk at this point anyway (something which Green Lantern proved pretty quickly when it bombed both critically and financially at the box office last year). As for not giving away anything about the plot, he added, "It's super hard to keep it a secret" and said this about seeing Henry Cavill suit up for the first time. "It was awesome. You look at him and you're like, 'That was a good idea!'" Be sure to sound off with your thoughts on his comments in the usual place and click on the link at the bottom of the page to read more.
