Transformers fans have been anxiously awaiting a look at some more footage from the next instalment in the franchise, and we can now reveal that a brand-new trailer for Rise of the Beasts will roll out online next Thursday, April 27.
Paramount Pictures has yet to make an official announcement, but keep an eye out for a teaser clip over the weekend.
In the meantime, you can check out some snippets of new footage featuring Maximals leader Optimus Primal in the video below.
For many, the recent Bumblebee standalone movie was a big step-up in quality from the original Transformers films, and fans will be hoping Rise of the Beasts follows suit. Unfortunately, early word has not been too positive, but the first screening is set to take place next week during CinemaCon, so we should have a much better idea of what to expect following the premiere.
Returning to the action and spectacle that have captured moviegoers around the world, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will take audiences on a ‘90s globetrotting adventure with the Autobots and introduce a whole new breed of Transformer – the Maximals – to the existing battle on earth between Autobots and Decepticons.
Steven Caple Jr. directs, and the sequel stars Peter Cullen, Ron Perlman, Pete Davidson, Anthony Ramos, Dominique Fishback, Tobe Nwigwe, Peter Dinklage, Michelle Yeoh, Liza Koshy, John DiMaggio, David Sobolov, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, and Cristo Fernández.
Rise of the Beasts arrives in theatres June 9, 2023.
