Megan Fox hasn't appeared on screen since 2024's Subservience (she also voiced a character in last year's Five Nights at Freddy's 2), but the Transformers star has been keeping her 24.1 million fans on Instagram up to date and engaged with fairly regular posts that, not too surprisingly, tend to generate a lot of buzz online.
Now, Fox has broken the internet (literally) by announcing that she will be sharing even more risqué snaps on her exclusive paid-content site, Subs.com. The actress is a co-owner of the platform along with Tim Stokely, one of the brains behind OnlyFans.
"Women have spent decades being told that visibility is power while someone else owns the platform, the audience or the image," Fox told Page Six in a statement. "I’m interested in what happens when women own all three."
Stokely added, "Megan isn’t simply launching a page on Subs. She has a seat at the table and is helping us build the platform."
Fox shared the news on Friday with some new photos and a brief video with a link to the subscriber page, and the influx of traffic was so high that the site completely crashed within hours of launching.
"You guys keep breaking the site," Fox posted on Instagram. "They're working hard to get it back up."
Fox is currently charging fans $19.99 a month to subscribe to her page. She also has a number of pay-per-view posts up, ranging from $18 up to $88.
"Someone like Megan Fox could realistically make over $10million a month on OnlyFans just based on her global reach," said a Daily Mail source.
Though nothing has been confirmed, Fox's next project is believed to be a sequel to Jennifer's Body.
Fans have been clamouring for a sequel ever since we first heard whispers that a follow-up might be in the early planning stages a few years ago, and director Karyn Kusama recently revealed that writer Diablo Cody had some ideas for a second movie.
“I know she’s working on it right now, and I’m very excited to hear what comes of it,” Kusama told Deadline last year “I know some of the bones of it, so I’m not going to give anything away, but it sounds fun and crazy like the first film. And I have no doubt that Diablo will do something absolutely incredible with it.”
More recently, Cody confirmed (via Dread Central) that she is indeed working on the script, and that both Fox and Amanda Seyfried are set to reprise their respective roles as Jennifer and Needy.
Fox has yet to comment on her return, and has never really given us much of an indication that she'd be game for a sequel, but there's not much point in making a Jennifer's Body sequel without Jennifer, so it's hardly surprising that Kusama and Cody would do everything possible to get her on board.
