Agreed Ror. I just watched Transformers again last night (slong with Spiderman 3) and I think it's a greta movie. Yea, there's quite a bit of cheese going on, but it's a movie based on a toy line? What do you expect? The action was great, the acting, well, there wasn't a whole lot. But all in all, Transformers was great. 2 will be awesome.

Spiderman 3, eh, wasn't as terrible as everyone says. Yea, not much character depth, the whole dancing emo thing was douchalicious, but again, wasn't as terrible as MANY other movies i've seen.

I liked the first movie. And not because it had a complex and in depth story line, but because shit got blown up by giant robots that transform into bad ass automobiles. How could anyone pass that up. Not to mention it features Megan Fox (HOT) running around in low cut shirts. Can't wait to see #2 in theaters

I really didn't see a problem with his performance as a nerdy social outcast who nobdy really likes. I tought he did that well, he wasn't meant to be cool. So, he wasn't. "Not quite a hunk, but not quite a nerd; Shia LaBoeuf."

I like Transformers & the CGI was crazy. As far as Shia his performance was find. We have to remember there where humans in the original seris, not like BeastWars.

The thing that keeps me from disliking Transformers is the fact that it was a TOY first. If it had been a comic book first, I might have been a little disgruntled, but it wasn't. That, and the fact that the movie was kickass. Yea, there's sort of a story behind it. But only the story of what is on the back of the original toy. You can take it ANYWHERE you want. Which is why we got what we got, not coming from the series, or crossover GIJOe vs Transformer series or BeastWars or anything like that. This was done in combination with Hasbro, the toy company. Not Marvel or IDW, the comics companies.

I find it quite humorous that as I skimmed through the comments on this page that most were whinny and basically complaints. I never realized that comic book fans were such a whinny bunch of bitches. None of you are ever happy are ya? I thought the pics looked great Optimus looked great with mouth and nose and if the next movie isn’t that great oh well.

Yea, there are tons of whiny comic book fans out there. They're reserved members of the club called "fanboys"; they're never happy and think everything is crap because it doesn't measure up to their idea of what the adaptation should include, or what the story should be, yadda yadda yadda. It's like the Borg of dorkdom (that's a rather dorkish refernce ins't it?). All one collective mind woking toward supreme rule over all...other dorks.

The ones who are never happy are the ones who will boycott Watchmen because of Fox, but not any other Fox distributor, advertiser, or related company or entity. As for the pics, it's going to be another good Transformers movie, and for the first few pics of the movie what did you expect? You expect to see every little detail or the collest bad guy or new addition to the cast...NO, we saw those weeks ago. Deal with what they give you. Becuase you're not going to change it by bitching up a storm are ya?

Wow, I didn't know there was anybody in this planet that thought Transformers was a bad movie.

I just want more Megan Fox time, and I understand that Shia LeBouf's character is a geeky kid that manages to break through, but that has been done a million times before.

Kill Lebouf in the first 20 minutes of the movie (dramatic turning point), then have Megan Fox run around in a bikini for the rest of the movie.

And I liked Transformers, just left my brain at the entrance and focused on the cool robots, explosions and Megan. Mindless entertaining violence and a hot babe, formula for fun. Don't forget to claim your brain at the exit though.
