Paramount Pictures has released a final trailer for the latest instalment in the Transformers franchise, Rise of the Beasts, which is set to hit theaters this Friday.

This latest look at the movie contains plenty of action-packed new footage, as Autobots and Maximals join forces to combat the potentially world-ending threat of Unicron, his right-hand robot, Scourge, and the rest of the evil Terrorcons.

When the embargo lifted yesterday morning, the movie arrived on Rotten Tomatoes with a fairly healthy 68%, but as more verdicts have been added, that score had dipped to a "rotten" 56% with 61 reviews counted.

It's certainly not the worst score for a Transformers movie, but audiences can sometimes tend to be put off when they see that green splat, so it'll be interesting to see how the film performs over the next few weeks.

Check out the new teaser below, and let us know if you plan on seeing Rise of the Beasts on the big screen this weekend.

Returning to the action and spectacle that have captured moviegoers around the world, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will take audiences on a ‘90s globetrotting adventure with the Autobots and introduce a whole new breed of Transformer – the Maximals – to the existing battle on earth between Autobots and Decepticons.

Steven Caple Jr. directs, and the sequel stars Peter Cullen, Ron Perlman, Pete Davidson, Anthony Ramos, Dominique Fishback, Tobe Nwigwe, Peter Dinklage, Michelle Yeoh, Liza Koshy, John DiMaggio, David Sobolov, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, and Cristo Fernández.

Rise of the Beasts arrives in theatres June 9, 2023.
