Before next years DC's Legends of Tomorrow releases, The CW still has one more Arrow/The Flash spin-off series to release - the CW Seed animation Vixen. The show stars Mari McCabe, or Vixen, a young woman who, through the use of a mystical totem, can possess the ability of any animal.

Ahead of the series' release this Tuesday, The Flash's official twitter page has released a brand new Behind-The-Scenes look of the animated series. The video features comments from Marc Guggenheim (Executive Producer), James Tucker (producer/director), Phil Bourassa (lead character designer), and Peter Girardi (SVP, Creative Affairs WB Animation), and features some previously unseen footage of the show itself. You can check out the video below:

While there isn't a lot in terms of new footage, it is interesting to note that it is revealed Mari McCabe has spent time in jail. While in the comic con trailer, we DID hear her say "I'm not going back", the full quote revealed in this video teases some interesting back story to the character.

Vixen stars Megalyn Echikunwoke as Mari McCabe/Vixen, Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen/The Arrow, Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak, Katie Cassidy as Laurel Lance/Black Canary, Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash and Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramone. The series airs this Tuesday on CW Seed.

@AsapJoker

I think Guggenheim said that if the show is successful enough, Vixen might appear on Arrow/The Flash/Legends of Tomorrow. Or did you specifically mean a live action version in the movies?
