Desperate times call for desperate measures and when Liv & Major find themselves starving, the duo must consume the brains of a recently deceased father & daughter, which leads to a very funny dynamic between the lovebirds as Major takes on the personality of an unpredictable teenage girl while Liv becomes his well-intentioned father figure.

Meanwhile, Peyton and Ravi will have a potentially significant moment, Clive will be questioned about the recent murder of a family, and Major will run into some inference in his search for Natalie.

Check out nine new hi-res promotional stills from episode two, titled "Zombie Knows Best," below:

MAJOR ON ANGSTY TEENAGE GIRL BRAINS — When Liv (Rose McIver), Clive (Malcolm Goodwin) and Ravi (Rahul Kohli) arrive at the scene to investigate a fatal car accident, they begin to suspect foul play was involved. Both starving, Liv and Major (Robert Buckley) consume the brains of the accident victims, a well-meaning father and his angsty teenage daughter. Meanwhile, when Clive is brought in for questioning about a family that was murdered, he’s forced to reveal his past history with them. Lastly, Peyton (Aly Michalka) extends an olive branch to Ravi (Rahul Kohli), and Major hits a road block in his search for Natalie (guest star Brooke Lyons “The Affair”). David Anders also stars. Jason Bloom directed the episode written by Diane Ruggiero-Wright (#302). Original airdate 4/11/2017.

iZOMBIE continues with more brainy adventures! From the executive producers of Veronica Mars, the series stars Rose McIver (Power Rangers R.P.M.) as Olivia “Liv” Moore, a medical resident on the fast track to a perfect life … until she’s turned into a zombie. But Liv finds her calling — and an endless supply of food — working at the Seattle coroner’s office, helping to solve crimes with her “visions.” As season two begins, Liv’s ex-fiancé and love, Major, is reeling from recent events and the knowledge that Liv is a zombie. Meanwhile, Blaine — now human — struggles to maintain his zombie world; Clive searches for Blaine and suspects Major’s involvement in the Meat Cute massacre; and Ravi is bent on finding the tainted Utopium. So power up with your favorite brain food and prepare for more fun and thrills!

I love this show and Crazy Ex Girlfriend. I can't believe a show with that kind of content (Crazy Ex) is on the CW.
