As filming for the seventh season of Game of Thrones continues in Spain, we have some much better (though still a bit blurry) images of the highly anticipated first meeting between Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) and Jon Snow (Kit Harington).

Some initial snaps of various members of their respective entourages sharing scenes hinted that this alliance was on the cards, and now we have proof that ice and fire will finally join forces to take on The Lannisters and the looming threat of The White Walkers. Of course, once the throne is free, they're going to have to decide which one of 'em gets to sit on it - can that be done peacefully?

We also have a pic of Snow confronting Theon Greyjoy (Alfie Allen), who betrayed his brother Robb and allowed Winterfell to be taken over by The Boltons. Reports indicate that Jon keeps his cool here, but there may be trouble ahead.

God damn, I'm excited for this.

However, neither Jon nor Dany deserves the Iron Throne. There is only one fit to be king in Westeros. And he is...

@ComicFanatic - It's going to be hard to resolve the story with something that isn't too fairy-tale happy if Littlefinger doesn't walk away with something. Cersei won't survive first contact with any of the armies aimed at her, so I suspect the Mockingbird gets to keep the Vale at the very least.

I'm just hoping for something that hasn't been telegraphed for more than a season. Oh, and for Theon's Uncle Trump to get killed 'cause [frick] that guy.
