In the movies, yes. Hence why they utilise her on AoS.

@ezioKenway1225 - excellent! Missing the Legendary Star-Lord's costume though

Personally this episode sounds like a filler episode to me, especially from the idea of the special guest character having amnesia.

If they are smart they will use the idea that its not actually Sif and its really Loki in disguise surveying Earth in preperation of an Earth-Asgard war. Though that is still a very predictable option.

"Hence why they utilise her on AoS."

I can understand that in principle, except other than a general 'respects Coulson' and has some interactions with the cast, she isnt really giving the series anything unique other than some minor hints that something may be happening with Asgard behind-the-scenes, which we already know is Loki.

The principle of any Asgardian being on Earth is more important than the characters they are at the moment.

she probably found out Loki was impersonating Odin and he erased her memory

@EzioKenway1225
I remember that being said, except their is the issue with memory loss being one of the main parts of the description of the episode, so it'll most likely be that most the episode is spent fighting her, capturing her and trying to rejog her memory.

Wouldn't say a filler, some important plot points will be resolved, namely Mac and Bobbi agenda. I think they may be working for Fury or Hill, though Hill is working for Stark now, so it's most likely Fury. With Age of Ultron coming up, they will need to acknowledge he's alive.

@TheBeard

Loki doesnt have mind erasing ability, the mind gem on his staff does, but that is with Baron Von Strucker and has been with him since the events of Captain America; The Winter Soldier (According to the AOU prequel comic)

@Axiom

The description for episode 14 implies that Hunter finds out their Agenda in that episode... as such i doubt it would be revealed prematurely, as that seems to be the entire focus of episode 14 from the description of that episode.

True, you bring up a good point. Most likely a Kree judging via the name Vin-Tak. Though, i suppose the issue lies in her having to remember why she is here and then tracking down and defeating the Kree, at which stage the Agents Of Shield will probably interogate him/her and discover more about the Kree and Inhumans.

@Scarillan - I stand corrected, was thinking of the episode with Olmos, for some reason thought it was the same. Still... Portugal!

As for the warrior, someone mentioned in a previous post the name sounded Kree. Two syllables, hyphenated, like the kree do to separate first name and surname. Like Mar-Vell.

@eziokenway1225 - good point, completely forgot lol.

I reckon Sif's presence is gonna force Bobbi and Mack to come out and say what they're up to.

Definitely Loki behind her amnesia. You'd think with Thor being on Earth and Heimdall seeing everything he would be able to see Sif on Earth and contact Thor and let him know. But I guess that'd be too easy.

Dat punch!

Sif and the Warriors Three aren't useless characters. They were used correctly in the first Thor movie (because JMS and Branagh), but were forgotten in the second one because Marvel started meddling in, which ruined the movie.

Chris Evans is class personified. That's a guy you can look up to. Pratt too. Gentlemen 100 percent. Evans is that MCU anchor Yessir.

@Ramiel Actually, they were used and costumed horribly in the firs Thor. I was extremely disappointed in Branagh's take on them, especially considering his Shakespearian background. They were cheesy, added nothing but bland comedic relief that was more eye rolling than anything.
They should have fleshed out the characters more, but I guess Kenneth was under orders to really shove Thor into the foreground lol

I just have a problem when there are characters in a movie who become cardboard cutouts that even tho they are very specific to the main character's background, they are written generically and can be substituted with any number of background random characters

Yeah, Marvel are generally good with picking actors who are good people also, atleast from my public knowledge of the actors.
