The Man Without Fear is now the man with his own Netflix series. Straight from the pages of the comic book comes Charlie Cox as Daredevil/Matt Murdock and Vincent D'onifrio as the Kingpin. The last time we saw Daredevil on the screen in any form was the Daredevil movie starring Ben Affleck and Michael Clarke Duncan in the respective roles of Daredevil and Wilson Fisk. Added to the cast is Rob Morgan as Turk Barrett, a low level crimimal residing in Hell's Kitchen, Peter Shinkoda as a Japanese businessman with his own sinister intentions, and Wai Ching Ho as Madame Gao, a woman of power who runs her own empire.
Executive producer and Marvel's Head of Television Jep Loeb said"We've been blessed to work with such amazing actors on this series" Loeb along with artist Tim sale was responsible for penning Daredevil:Yellow, an early look at the Daredevil mythos and has an obvious love and respect for the character Showrunner Steven S Deknight added the actors involved have exceeded expectations in crafting these complex characters. The stellar cast also includes Scott Glen as Daredevil's mentor Stick, Elden Henson as Matt Murdock's law partner Foggy Nelson, and Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page. It premiers on Netflix on April 10 and is slated for thriteen episodes.
