What I like is that this really is the first time we are seeing the Punisher character interact with other hero's/anti-hero's of any relevance in the Marvel world. Think that makes a huge difference.

Instead of watching the Punisher go after creepy [frick]ing John Travolta...we get him with Daredevil...

2 days until the binge begins.

The Punisher is the one Character, I've been looking forward to seeing since Marvel started their own universe.
The one who deal's with truly evil bad guys the proper way.

Cannot believe DareDevil and BVS are so close.

Curious, but with the debut so close I think I've got the strength to resist watching. If this was 2 months ago, it would be a very different story.

@BIGBMH - Yeah I think I saw enough with the glorious final trailer yesterday. I find myself wanting to be surprised more with the shows than I do with the films. I have zero willpower with the films.

@MattBellissimo - I feel ya. I'm kind of similar even though it's a strange irony since show's have so many more hours. You watch 5 minutes of Daredevil and you've spoiled maybe .6% of the season. You watch 5 minutes of Civil War and it's closer to 3% of the movie. Still not a huge chunk, but certainly more significant.

The next 7 days will be great for comic book fans and every movie-goers, Daredevil season two and The Greatest Gladiator Match in History that is Batman v Superman which will be among the top three highest-grossing films of 2016 (along with Captain America 3: Civil War and Star Wars Rogue).I cannot wait!

@bl00dm4n3 - I can see those 3 being the highest. Curious what else will be up there. If Independence Day Delivers, that might have a shot at #4. It'll be interesting to see how Star Trek's hype is affected by the return of Star Wars. It might not generate quite as much excitement since it's no longer the biggest space opera franchise, but if they manage to deliver a good movie I'm sure it will still perform respectably.

Given Bernthal's past performances I kinda figure he will be a standout...which is why I'm more interested in Elodie's Elektra. We havent seen much from her so I'm kinda stoked to see her take on the character.

Also, more Stick, cause he was f*cking awesome.

@Ineedrevelation - Maybe my thoughts will change after this season, but I've never been drawn to Punisher as a lead character. I like him in a supporting role when his methods and morals contrast with a character I'm more invested in. Perhaps if I read some of the better runs of Punisher comics, I'd get a better understanding of why people are so into him. Any recommendations?

@BIGBMH - Garth Ennis' work on Punisher Max. All 10 volumes are good, and tell an interconnected story, but you can start with Mother Russia, The Slavers, and The Long Cold Dark - the three best.
