Tim Burton promised fans of The Addams Family that his upcoming spinoff series, Wednesday, would feature Uncle Fester, but the showrunners decided to keep the actor who'd be playing him under wraps. Now, thanks to a full trailer (via FearHQ) for the show, the cat is finally out of the bag.

Gomez's even more eccentric brother will be played by the great Fred Armisen!

“They really did such a great job with the makeup and everything. I had no eyebrows. It was prosthetics over my eyebrows to give me that look. But I think that bald caps don’t look great all the time, so I was hoping to just make it that much more convincing,” Armisen tells Vanity Fair.

The new trailer also gives us a first look at Christina Ricci's character. The original big-screen Wednesday actress will be playing a mysterious teacher at Nevermore Academy named Miss Thornhill.

Check out the teaser below, and let us know if you plan on checking this out.

Wednesday also stars Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia, Luis Guzmán as Gomez, Isaac Ordonez as Pugsly, and Thing... as Thing.

The coming-of-age comedy series, which has Al Gough and Miles Millar (Smallville, Into the Badlands) on board as showrunners, is said to be "a sleuthing, supernaturally infused mystery charting Wednesday Addams’ years as a student at Nevermore Academy. Wednesday’s attempts to master her emerging psychic ability, thwart a monstrous killing spree that has terrorized the local town, and solve the supernatural mystery that embroiled her parents 25 years ago — all while navigating her new and very tangled relationships at Nevermore."

Burton will make his TV directing debut with the show, and will also executive produce alongside Jonathan Glickman, Andrew Mittman, Kayla Alpert, Gail Berman, Steve Stark, and Kevin Miserocchi.

Wednesday is set to premiere on Netflix on November 23.
