Today's episode of
The Mandalorian failed to really advance the first season's overarching story and it instead delivered another standalone story with horror and heist elements.
"Chapter 6" was still awesome, though, and it showed the Mandalorian joining a sketchy crew to break someone out of a Republic prison. However, they soon betrayed him and he wasted no time in getting some revenge (which led to a surprise appearance from a few X-Wings in the final few minutes).
There are only two episodes of
The Mandalorian left and those will hopefully address some lingering questions and mysteries as well as giving fans a good reason to watch season two.
For now, we have some stills from today's instalment and as well as putting the spotlight on that villainous crew, we also see more of Baby Yoda and director Rick Famuyiwa taking charge of the action.
