The Mandalorian's second season wrapped up with a surprise cameo from Mark Hamill as the post-Return of the Jedi Luke Skywalker. In just a few scenes, the character was completely redeemed in the eyes of fans who were left disappointed with how his story ended in the Star Wars sequels.
After making short work of Moff Gideon's Dark Troopers, Luke took Grogu under his wing in order to train him in the ways of the Force. Needless to say, we've all since been left hoping the adorable "Baby Yoda" wasn't among Kylo Ren's victims when he fell under Supreme Leader Snoke's influence. Now, an official new promo poster teases what might come next.
These come our way from ShopTrends.com, and we kick things off with a cool poster depicting those emotional final moments of the episode as Luke took Grogu away alongside R2-D2.
Then, we have a very cool shot of Din Djarin wielding the Darksaber as he looks to protect his ward, but the biggest talking point here has to be a piece that shows Luke training his newest pupil. There's nothing to say we'll get to see this in season three, but the poster is officially licensed by Disney and Lucasfilm, and we can't help but think Grogu will see Din again.
