Video Version: 1) Story (video version is MORE detailed): Many years ago, Superman disappeared, 8 years after his "death" a clone of him appears. You control that clone (as the player). While in a training program, you escape and are recruited to stop a Doomsday-Superman hybrid being known as Armageddon...Throughout the game you gain Kryptonian abilities while increasing already acquired ones.
2) Controls: PS3 & Xbox 360
Dodge/Block (hold)- Triangle or Y
Attack - Square or X
Speed Mode On/Off - Click Left Analog Stick Down
Grab/Throw - Circle or B
Jump/Leap (hold) - X or A
Ascend ( hold in flight) - R1 or RB
Descend (hold in flight) - L1 or LB
Optic Abilities (hold) - R2 or RT
Breath Abilities (hold) - L2 or LT
Map - Select
Menu - Start
3) Powers: (Upgraded via usage of them throughout game & in "Classes")
Super Strength - Lifting "Lift" (car), "med." (truck), "heavy" (18-wheeler), & "titanic" (daily planet globe). Also effects attack power, jump/leap height/distance, & grab/throw.
Super Speed - running "fast" (car speed), "blur" (plane speed), "bullet" (bullet speed), & "sound" (speed of sound). Also effects attack speed, speed mode perception, dodge speed, & flight speed.
Durability/Health - high resistance/invulnerable to "bullets" (guns), "med. explosions" (grenade), "large explosion" ( portable rocket/missiles), & "low amounts of kryptonite" (self explanatory). Affects blocking & healing.
Stamina/Healing - stamina varies on ability in use & healing depends on location (in sun or inside building)
Flight - "gliding" (slowly fall with R1/RB pushed down), "hover" (stay in place in the air where you push R1/RB), "flight" (self explanatory_, & "speed flight" (fly with speed depending on Super Speed level).
Optic Abilities - "heat vision (burn objects) & x-ray vision (see through objects)" (select with left/right dpad button), hold dpad button for "telescopic vision"
Breath Abilities - "super breath (blow objects away) & freeze breath (freeze objects)" (select with up/down dpad button), hold dpad button for "charged breath" (release explosive gust of super/freeze breath).
*Note: all powers wouldn't be acquired immediately, players would receive them throughout the story progression.
4) Villain Levels:
Low Threat - Thugs & Gangs
Med. Threat - Mercenaries & Gang Bosses
High Threat - Mystics & "Special" Groups
Omega Threat - Super Villains & "Special" Foes
5) Costumes:
New suit just for the game but maybe also customizing suits, retro suits, suits from all eras of Superman, Smallville outfits (Red-Blur Blur, The Blur, Red-Blue Blur 2.0), etc.
*I would hope for this to be a open world/sandbox game, similar to how inFamous 2 & Arkham City play.
