Randy Falk of the New York Toy Fair may have let something very interesting slip from his mouth: the long-awaited return of Crash Bandicoot. Sony has been long teasing the titular character on social media, raising hype & getting our hopes up for something special.
Falk's company also works very closely with PlayStation on the creation of limited edition action figures. The firm's already working on Uncharted, God of War, and LittleBigPlanet models – & we'd have to assume that a Crash Bandicoot reboot would be ripe for some kind of merchandise.

Ah, Crash Bandicoot. Back in the day he was Sony's answer to Nintendo's Mario. Crash Bandicoot is a platforming franchise where you control the character from behind (pause) & make your way through linear levels jumping over pits, breaking boxes, & collecting loots. Naughty Dog made the use-to-be PlayStation Exclusive character a pop-culture icon, one that unfortunately fell from grace when their contract was up & then Crash went multiplatform. The games that came after were, average, at best, with one exception in my opinion:
It's open world & the humor is funny as hell! The concept is crazy, you use your arch-nemesis as a snowboard at some points.
'Nuff said
But then this happened:
Yeah, the fanbase was never the same after this...
This is all just speculation for now, & nothing is ever 100%. But it does get me as a fan excited for E3 this year.
