Assassin's Creed Unity looks to be THE AC game I've been waiting for. I remember talking to my friends about how AC should have open world co-op + RPG elements for character progression. I just hope it's not as repetitive as the other games (AC4 was good but it was still quite repetitive and boring due to the non-dynamic chase missions etc.).

Unity looks good, Rogue looks like the same thing I've been playing.

Some are good, some aren't. AC 2, brotherhood, and black flag are great. AC3 was fun but kind of a let down, but it's setting was different enough that it didn't feel like the same thing. Revelations was okay, worth playing just to finish Ezio's story. The first one wasn't great, just a bunch of good ideas not executed as good as it could've been. 2 is seriously a great game though.

I hate to say it but i actually miss the pirate ships. The only Assassin Creeds game that i have played is "Black Flag" which in all honesty is a fun game.

Can wait for Rogue, got pulled into the premise immediately . Hopefully the game does well, despite people complaining about playing a Templar.
